Editorial of this issue is dedicated especially to the patrol leaders. The job of leading and guiding younger scouts of one's own patrol feels not always so rewarding or fun. The reward a patrol leader gets is when his little scouts really enjoy something he has prepared for them, when they learn and grow up and prehaps one day or another confesses that you have meant something to them. It is important to believe in oneself as a leader and remember that the scouts are known of motto "Be prepared!", not of "Why me!".
Troopleader is in his column concerned of the issue of alcohol consumption by older scout. He asks why some has to consume alcohol in scout camps as was done in previous Satahanka IX camp in Åland last summer. He also asks for priorities in general - is partying with fellow scout more important than having a leader council?
